Kabogo are genuine, very grave and need to be addressed. But unfortunately, I am sorry to say that they cannot be addressed under Standing Order No.183. This Standing Order refers only to reports of Select Committees specifically and it says:- “(1) Within sixty days of a resolution of the House or adoption of any Report of a Select Committee---“ The Standing Order does not refer to Questions. I have similar challenges like hon. Kabogo but they go to the Implementation Committee. I am sorry this Standing Order does not refer to Questions."}
