Attorney-General to a Question raised by hon. Karua relating to the mismanagement of funds by the Central Management Committee (CMC) and the management of the Harambee SACCO Limited. The Attorney-General’s response generated a lot of interest in the matter among the Members and reference to documents in the House over the subject matter. You directed the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Co-operatives to inquire into the matter and make a report to the House. Of particular concern were letters tabled and related to the allegations."}
