There are sanctions within Cap.265 which relate to an offence or a breach of that Act. When it comes to investigations as to whether there was a criminal act, that is not within my domain and it falls squarely within the other investigative agencies of the Government. As I said, if it is then established, because there has to be concrete evidence, that a criminal offence has been committed, then the proper way will be that thereafter, the person is charged in accordance with the law.
