Not with the kind of equipment that we have here in these hospitals in Kenya. I heard another speaker talk about PET scan. We need a PET scan. You cannot analyse cancer unless you have PET scans. The MRIs will not do it. So, when we begin to delude ourselves that Kenya is a developed country... We say that Kenya is this and that yet if you go into those hospitals, instead of seeing a hospital, you will see a marketplace. We should change the way we do things in this country. I thank you for this opportunity and I would like to urge the Departmental Committee on Health, because this is their oversight duty to look into issues like KNH, that they should not put it into a back- burner but put it in the front burner until all these recommendations are fulfilled.
