Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 90 of the Bill be amended by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (a) by affixing the notice in a conspicuous place at the office of the Director General; or While drafting this legislation, those who touched it talked about service of notices. We all know service of notices maybe personal, by post office or by affixing a notice in a conspicuous place. The words which are in the Bill are not known to law, they are known to laymen leaving a notice in the office of the Director General. I propose that clause be amended accordingly."}
