However, I want to refer you to Standing Order No. 183 (2) which says:- “Whenever a Motion for approval of a list under paragraph (1) is moved in the Senate, no objection against the proposed membership of a Senator in a Select Committee shall be permitted and objections, if any, shall be formulated against the proposed membership as a whole.” So, we cannot remove only one Member of the Committee. You either reject the entire Committee or approve it. I hope that will guide the House. Proceed, Sen. Kwamboka."}
