He is investigating on behalf of this House and he cannot muzzle my contribution in this House because a Committee is doing an investigation. If there is any Standing Order that bars me from making such a comment he should have mentioned it. I also want to remind the hon. Member that this is not a court of law. I have asked my question and let the Minister answer it. If the Minister feels that I am asking leading questions, then it is up to him to suggest so, but I do not expect a colleague to tell me that I am asking a leading question and yet the Minister does not see it that way. I am waiting for the Minister to answer my questions."}
