Therefore, you will not find a reduction of that Kshs6 billion from anywhere because it is money that is coming from donors towards the funding of Aror dam, which I am informed is on the boundary of Baringo and West Pokot counties. There is also a further amendment as alluded to by the Speaker and by Hon. Florence Mutua, which seeks to reallocate a sum of Kshs300 million from the Lake Basin Development Authority (LBDA) to the National Government Affirmative Action Fund for the County Women Members of Parliament.
