How on earth can we have Tax Laws (Amendment) Bill being seconded by saying: “I have nothing to say,” On a serious note, if we had people from other jurisdictions watching our Parliament, it would be a shame for us if this is the kind of debate we would engage in; especially when it comes to tax laws. This will impose taxes on the people of this country. If Hon. Jimmy Angwenyi was not ready, it would have been proper for him to delegate that to another Member of Parliament. I think it is unfair to this House and the people of Kenya."}
