Indeed, it is with a very heavy heart that I rise to join you and my colleagues who have spoken earlier in condoling the family of our departed brother, Sen. Ben Oluoch Okello. It is so sad that Sen. Okello has gone too soon. He has died a young man and very early in his term in office as the Senator for Migori County. On behalf of my family, the people of the great Vihiga County and myself, pole to the family of the departed colleague, the people of Migori County and the Senate fraternity. I assure the family and the people of Migori County that, I and, we indeed, as the Senate, will stand with them during this difficult time of mourning their loved one.
