I remember when we got elected after the elections, during the time when we were all getting acquainted with the procedures of Parliament while filling in the forms out here, I had my first opportunity to meet the late Senator. As most of my colleagues have said, it was evident that the late Sen. Ben Oluoch Okello was a man of composure. He was collected, cool and confident. I remember having an exchange with him just before I got to know which county he was representing.
