I am familiar with the VAT Act because I brought a raft of amendments in 2014 after the Government had put to Vatable almost all basic commodities. I remember these are the same items we took back to zero-rating. The Government was trying to take them from zero-rating to tax-exempt. If we amend by deleting, it means we are not taking them to tax-exempt, but reverting back to zero-rating. That is the position."}
