Therefore, I would never, at any one time, contemplate making proposals that contradict it or for that matter undermine it. Therefore, I had already shared this with hon. Imanyara. I have also discussed this with the Chairman and Vice Chairperson of the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee. I have also discussed it with the Chair and my recommendation is that you allow that this matter be taken out of the Order Paper for this moment; to be deferred, so that even if the Attorney-General is not around, I will offer myself to meet with the Committees and everybody who has an interest in this. I will not â I repeat â I will not participate in the abridgement of any right that is created in the new Constitution. I so plead."}
