Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in addition to the answer, I wish to table the following documents:- (i) Permanent Secretaryâs letter of authority for the Executive Committee of the University Council to manage the university until a Council is approved; (ii) council meeting minutes approving purchase of the property; (iii) minutes of Tender Committee meeting held on 21st May, 2010; (iv) sale agreement between the vendor and the purchaser duly executed; (v) instructions from the vendorâs advocate for the direct remittance of the final payments to the vendorâs account; and, (vi) valuation reports and certificates of registered valuers in Kisumu."}
