It is high time we had a framework so that we are able to charge fairly. Sometimes back, the Kenya Medical Association (KMA) had a proposal. Doctors go to the same medical school, but if you compare what they charge at Kenyatta National Hospital and Mater Hospital it is totally different. We need to have a fair distribution so that poor patients are not subjected to this.
