In fact, you would be dealing with it only from the victim’s side. It is also important, as a House, to think very seriously about the actions that have been taken against the perpetrators of gender-based violence. Part of the treatment of a victim of gender-based violence emanates from them seeing the persons who assaulted them facing the full force of law."}
