I would suggest that later on we form an ad hoc committee to look into this sugar issue afresh or we leave it to one committee. This is very serious. There is a recommendation from the Committee that the University of Nairobi was denied opportunity to test the sugar. That is very serious and it raises issues on the Government Chemist who now falls under the Ministry of Interior and Co-ordination of National Government. It is a big issue of which we have to check. There must be a sinister motive."}
