Having been dealing with these matters in the last and the current Parliament. In the last Parliament, I was the Chairperson of the Committee on Equal Opportunities. We brought not just Motions, but also legislation touching on PWDs. I was able to understand the intricacies of organizations in Nairobi and across the country dealing with these matters. They have a lot of interests. Some are used properly while others are not and there is a lot of money which is involved. That kind of mobilization that we see always leaves a lot be desired."}
