We are not in the South African Parliament. This Parliament is unique. That cap is not religious and that dress is close to a police uniform. We do not want to turn this Chamber into a police station by designing and wearing police uniform. Hon. Mwashetani is in my leadership. He is a Vice-Chair and he should lead by example.
