(aa) By deleting the proposed amendment to section 44 and substituting therefor the following new amendment− s.44(1) Insert the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (mm)− (mma) the standards and practice of pharmacy; (mmb) pharmacy education and training; (mmc) continuing professional development for all practicing pharmacists and pharmaceutical technologists; (mmd) criteria for issuance of pharmaceutical representatives permits; (mme) pharmacovigilance, post market surveillance and Good Manufacturing Practice; This amendment seeks to provide for additional matters in respect of which the Cabinet Secretary may make rules."}
