At this stage, we need to enact the necessary policies and laws that will enhance the capacity of our youth and give them the opportunity to inherit some of the positions that await them. At some point, we need to encourage workers to retire at an older age not younger age. For example, I would like to retire from active politics at age 80, if possible. I support this Petition because it is on the right course and I hope that the petitioners’ prayers will be considered."}
