I remember during the First Reading, I felt that it is extremely representative. I think I had also expressed a desire to bring in an amendment at this stage to basically look at the issue of representation, especially looking at a representative of the community of persons with disabilities (PWDs) simply because with the advent of devolution, obviously we are talking about counties.
