If you say a degree, you have opened it up to anybody who has any degree and that is what we want. If you put a bachelor’s degree, you close out all others. It is important that we remove (d) because once you say ‘with a degree’, it may not be in a profession that is regulated. So, I do not see why you need to bring that one in."}
