According to a research conducted by the World Health organization (WHO) in 2016, the numbers have risen to about 274,000; THAT there has been unending struggle to stop discrimination for persons with disabilities, among them the use of currency; THAT the visually impaired and the blind persons cannot differentiate by a way of touch or feel the currency being used in our country, Kenya.
