However, I seek your indulgence. This Motion has not received justice. I moved it yesterday and it was seconded by Sen. Halake and temporarily adjourned. By the time we came back to it, most Members had left so it came to a close. I know there were many Members who had an interest in it. They did not get a chance to contribute, yet the Motion has been closed. I, therefore, want to seek your indulgence that instead of using my 15 minutes to reply, I would rather we use them to get some more ideas from Members who have an interest. I can then use two minutes to reply. With your indulgence, I have requests from Sen. Olekina, Sen. (Rev.) Waqo, Sen. M. Kajwang’ and from my neighbour Sen. Cherargei. I will give each three minutes."}
