I have read this Bill and I want to support the amendments as presented by the Senate and a further amendment as proposed by the Committee. Even as I do that, I think it is important to appreciate that even though this Act was passed by this House in the 10th Parliament, a number of implementation challenges have been faced and that is the reason why the Senate decided to make the current amendments."}
