Secondly, I have noticed that since we started this sitting, we have not realised that there is a backbench in this House because not a single Member from the top row has been allowed to speak. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have constantly been on my feet on all the points. We must remember that in as much as Sen. (Prof.) Kamar is welcoming us here, I am the one who hosts you in Nairobi. Therefore, give me an opportunity to also contribute to the matter before us."}
