While, it was okay to generally encourage the Committee to take up these issues and so forth, it becomes dangerous when we slide to a situation where we are discussing specific Senators in a negative light without a substantive Motion. Whereas I respect the views of Sen. Mwaura, I think the direction he took is dangerous. Just like the other Senators have done, he should encourage the Committee on what they can add into their work."}
