The particular nominee who Hon. Oundo raised issues about, indeed, is a nominee of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC). But remember the PSC is not Parliament. It is a commission like other constitutional commissions in Chapter 15 of the Constitution. It is important that I make that clear so that, if PSC makes a mistake, it cannot bind Parliament. Therefore, we should not feel shy in discussing this matter because it came from the PSC."}
