Mbadi’s, on removal on misbehaviour and the suggestion that we import Article 51. Again, thankfully, my wonderful student hon. Odhiambo-Mabona is now the Vice Chair. They have done quite a lot of work for this country, so, I will consult them to see how we can be little clearer on this issue."}
