Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 18 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the proposed new section 133A— (i) by deleting sub-section (1) and substituting therefor the following new sub-section— (1) There is established a Tribunal to be known as the Land Acquisition Tribunal which shall consist of five persons appointed by the Cabinet Secretary through a notice in the Gazette.
