It actually baffles me that the other two DEO’s figures were accepted as we had passed them in the DEB. However, the Nyandarua Central District figures moved from a shortage of 78 teachers to 38 teachers. Whatever formula was used, I do not think the DEB--- Is the Minister telling us that the DEO in Nyandarua Central District does not have the capacity to calculate the vacancy availability and present the figures as done by the DEB?"}
