Article 250(6) reads:- “A member of a commission or the holder of an independent office, unless ex-officio, shall be appointed for a single term of six years and is not eligible for reappointment.” Article 57 of the transition states--- We have been told that all Articles of Chapter 15 apply to this Commission. The Article states:- “The Commission for the Implementation of the Constitution shall stand dissolved five years---“"}
