If we want to go the sub-county way to which I agree, I also want things to be done in our constituencies, the first thing we must do is to define “sub-county” in Section 1. What we can do is to have the legal people quickly define “sub-county” in the law in Section 1 and then the Chair can be asked to see if he can substitute “county” for “sub-county”. If you say “sub-county” without it being defined in law, nobody will know what you are referring to. What we have in the Constitution and the law is “county”."}
