We must say so, because history will judge us harshly for these things. I know that there are several treaties that we have entered into, some we have not entered into, some we have ratified – such as the Arms Treaty - and others concerning counties and boundaries. I do not see the reason why the Senate can be excluded. This was mischief because I do not know why it was done. I beg to second."}
