Member that, that is not a school yet. You have no teachers and students and so, it is not yet a school. You simply have a building there and you want to convert it into a school. Let it be registered. In this form, which I also have here, it does not mean that everything will have to be filled in. If it is a new school which is not yet operating, you just simply say: “Not applicable.” Bring the application to the Ministry starting from the district office and we shall have the school registered. It is a very straightforward case. Bring the papers and it will be registered. You will get the teachers."}
