I have chosen not to refer to them as honourable. You are the ones who made the decision that they violated the Standing Orders. I have chosen not to call them honourable. I choose when to call you honourable and when not to. In this particular instance, until the punishment is suitably meted against them, I will not refer to them as honourable. They are Mr. Njagua and Mr. Ongili."}
