I do to think there is any apology. This Bill has touched on a number of issues. It talks about setting up the Parliamentary Service. It sets out the Parliamentary Service Commission, the membership, the values - what we need to follow as those who are governed by this law. There is the code of conduct as the Leader of the Majority Party has said. I had noted it but I do not want to dwell on it because that would be repetition. There is also how to constitute the Commission. I want to agree with the Leader of the Majority Party that just the same way we bring the Commission into office, there should be a way through which if we are dissatisfied with the performance of the Commission, we can have them exit the office. You cannot hire someone you cannot fire. I have never come across a situation where you hire a person that you cannot fire. There must be a procedure of how the commissioners are removed.
