I rise on a point of order to seek your guidance and direction especially with regard to the provisions of Standing Order No.40. Today being a Wednesday, the Statement that the Prime Minister is likely to be making in this House is one that has raised some excitement among the hon. Members. He wants to talk about a looming La Nina, and that means hunger for this country. We are really waiting to hear what the Prime Minister has to tell this House. I wonder, if we proceed that way whether we will not have taken the Prime Minister’s Time which he would have taken to brief the House."}
