Given an option, if in the membership of this House there were alternates, let us say if I was not in I would be given an opportunity to get another Kenyan to sit in for me, all the men in this House would opt for a woman to sit in for them. If I were given an opportunity on the day that I would not be in Parliament for somebody in my constituency to come and represent me, a majority of the Members would choose women. That means having more women in positions is a point that men trust. We have no reasons not to support this Bill in the 21st Century. With the few remarks, I beg to support."}
