It is a very good thing when one looks at how people are building structures in the countryside. People have a mistaken belief that if you land touching on any road, you just wake up and build a commercial building without looking for approvals. As soon as one finishes the building they start putting pressure on everybody to get them electricity, water, telephone et cetera . Eventually, they want a police station next to them for security. There is no government in the world that can afford this, least of all Kenya with all the heavy debts and so on."}
