Corruption in this country is mostly at the ministry level. The Auditor-General always points out things that are not working well in ministries. The Office of the Auditor-General is mandated to audit all Government institutions. It is as if the Government is complaining against the Government. It is a shame. We need to change and refrain from this behavior."}
