Is it in order, in a parliamentary House where we have order not only of business but also of engaging, to refer to Hon. Members who are chairing a Committee as women? Is it also in order for the Leader of the Majority of Party to refer to me while talking on the Floor as a nominated Member? When I was swearing, I was guided that there is only one code. When I was sworn, I did not say, “I, Prof. Jacqueline Oduol, Nominated Member.” Is this in order, because I do not think this is appropriate?"}
