I think I will bring some by way of amendment. In Clause 9 (5) they are saying that the members of the council must have at least 10 years’ experience. This is not the national old age council. This is the National Youth Council. I know that they have made provisions for the youths to be three years. But this is for the youths, so the number of years should be much less."}
