We have had very many insecurity incidents in the rural areas and towns. I believe Wi-Fi is one of the aspects that needs to be considered to communicate any incident of insecurity. I have an example of a chief in Nakuru. By virtue of him knowing how to use WhatsApp, he was able to combat quite a number of insecurity incidents. We know this is so rampant in the rural areas."}
