(b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “appointed by the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (c) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the word “The” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (d) in sub-clause (4) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “not prevent the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (e) in sub-clause (5) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “such by the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”."}
