(b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “the notice the” in the introductory clause and substituting therefore the word “Commission”; (c) by deleting sub-clause (3) and substituting therefor the following new sub-clause– (3) The appointment of a statutory manager under subsection (2) shall be for such period, not exceeding twelve"}
