(b) in sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the word “The” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”; (c) in sub-clause (3) by deleting the word “Authority” appearing immediately after the words “authorized by the” and substituting therefor the word “Commission”."}
