Speaker, this Bill also looks at how the commission of inquiry can either support or oppose recommendations to suspend a county government. Initially, the County Governments Act looked at the case where the commission of inquiry recommended or concurred with the suspension, but there was a gap where the commission of inquiry did not agree with the recommendation. As alluded to by our Chairman, I would also like to propose that where the commission of inquiry does not agree with the report, the President should provide a memo either concurring or disagreeing with the commission."}
