The Report is quite elaborate and factual. I agree with it. I got a chance to hear my colleagues bashing the Government in terms of not moving fast enough to avoid cattle rustling menace. I want to say the following: My colleagues who are in this Committee have so far been very supportive despite the fact that we have had problems in expansive areas, where cattle rustling is practised. I must thank them for having agreed that we can work together to minimise incidences of cattle rustling. I also want to say that if it was not the presence of security officers within those areas, they would not have been keeping even a goat."}
